Senior Data Governance Consultant - Beneva (Hybrid)
Advance data governance and stewardship for Beneva’s Group Insurance operations. Build inventories, roadmaps, controls, and privacy-compliant data practices.
Descriere
- Use your Data Steward experience to help Group Insurance teams meet their data governance goals
- Partner closely with the Chief Data Steward
- Build data stewardship expertise and support initiatives that realize data value
- Ensure data activities are executed effectively and aligned with Beneva’s strategic direction
- Collaborate with data specialists across the organization
- Connect Group Insurance teams with corporate data governance functions
- Own a portfolio of data assets and apply governance principles to them
- Help create, implement, and maintain data management policies, standards, processes, and tools
- Coordinate and prepare recurring meetings with data experts
- Contribute to governance initiatives and promote process adoption within the Group Insurance Executive Vice-Presidency
- Track data management across its lifecycle under governance, security, and compliance frameworks
- Create and maintain a Group Insurance Executive Vice-Presidency data inventory
- Develop a roadmap for activities supporting data value realization
- Assess data issues, recommend resolutions, and begin implementing them
- Oversee personal information management and ensure its use and protection follow approved policies, principles, and standards
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, actuarial science, computer science, statistics and data science, or an equivalent qualification
- At least seven years of relevant experience in a comparable position
- Strong, detailed knowledge of data governance and its practical application
- Experience applying the recognized DMBOK framework
- Advanced spoken and written French proficiency
- Ability to work with anglophone colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers
