Descriere

  • Evaluate automation platforms and software solutions through comparative studies
  • Examine capabilities, costs, security, scalability, and alignment with ICE requirements
  • Model current- and future-state financial processes in BPMN 2.0 using an AI process-mapping tool
  • Submit process models to Government stakeholders for review and approval
  • Rank processes using efficiency, impact, volume, cycle time, error rates, complexity, and risk
  • Keep the process inventory prioritized and current
  • Lead process discovery workshops and interviews with ICE financial management staff
  • Record workflows, business rules, pain points, and data flows
  • Help shape automation and deployment strategies consistent with DHS Directive 4300.1, FIPS 140-3, NIST SP 800-53, and FFMIA
  • Find ways to expand automation deployment capacity and improve intake, prioritization, and release workflows
  • Review processes and data for integrity problems and internal control deficiencies
  • Propose changes that improve audit readiness
  • Identify and document Machine Learning applications within financial RPA workflows
  • Establish business requirements and outcome measures for ML-enabled automation
  • Assist with workforce transition plans, change management, and training recommendations
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs
  • Prepare reports, briefings, white papers, and decision materials for Government leaders
  • Preserve traceability from business needs through process models to recommendations
  • Maintain the project knowledge repository
  • Coach junior analysts in process modeling and analysis standards
  • Safeguard sensitive financial information
  • Handle other related responsibilities as assigned

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or a related discipline is required; equivalent education, training, and relevant experience may be accepted
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in business or systems analysis, process improvement, requirements engineering, or technology evaluation
  • Background leading or coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Experience producing comparative analyses, alternatives analyses, or software trade studies and presenting recommendations to leadership
  • Demonstrated experience modeling business processes with BPMN 2.0
  • Experience selecting processes for optimization or automation and establishing performance measures
  • Working knowledge of Machine Learning and AI concepts and applications
  • Familiarity with DHS Directive 4300.1, FIPS 140-3, NIST SP 800-53, and FFMIA, or the ability to quickly develop working knowledge
  • Understanding of data integrity, internal controls, and audit-readiness practices
  • Proficiency with Visio, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and requirements tools such as DOORS or Jama
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and configuration management practices
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain and retain a DHS/ICE Public Trust suitability determination and required system access
  • Ability to complete the required DHS/ICE background investigation
  • Exceptional analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication abilities
