Descriere

  • Own the full design lifecycle for major creative initiatives
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Communications stakeholders
  • Produce static and digital advertising, event branding, presentations, motion graphics, and infographics
  • Help build, document, and refine the brand system through guidelines and templates
  • Coach and mentor fellow designers
  • Present creative concepts, articulate design rationale, and promote sound design practices
  • Strengthen Tenable’s brand across internal and external communications
  • Turn complex cybersecurity topics into clear, compelling, and visually engaging creative
  • Contribute design support to marketing campaigns, events, executive communications, and brand system initiatives
  • Serve as a key contributor on the three-person design and communications team

Cerințe

  • At least eight years of professional design experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and the complete Adobe Creative Suite
  • Hands-on experience with animation software and tools
  • Availability to work from the Columbia, Maryland, or Boston, Massachusetts, office three days per week
  • A strong portfolio covering brand identity, campaigns, and multi-channel design
  • Highly developed visual design abilities across typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition
  • Agency experience, ideally progressing from junior designer in a design studio to a senior role
  • Experience developing, maintaining, or contributing to brand and design systems
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to explain design choices while integrating feedback
  • Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities
  • Collaborative, proactive, and practical approach to solving problems
  • Experience at a B2B technology company or an agency serving enterprise clients
  • Cybersecurity industry experience
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools
