Priority Banking Relationship Manager
Grow a portfolio of affluent customers through relationship management and wealth product sales. Support Hong Leong Bank’s Malaysian branch network and help deliver sales targets.
Descriere
- Build profitable customer relationships, deepen accounts, generate revenue and promote wealth management.
- Market investment products and cross-sell Hong Leong Bank consumer products, including mortgages and credit cards, to new and existing Priority Banking customers.
- Grow the customer base through referrals and personalized advisory services, delivered directly or with the Investment Consultant team.
- Acquire and develop Priority Banking relationships and portfolios in line with segment business goals.
- Partner with the Product Owner and Investment Consultant to provide proactive, personalized financial services to affluent customers.
- Help the Centre Manager strengthen market presence, meet individual sales targets and support overall targets.
Cerințe
- Diploma or degree in any field; relevant areas include banking, accounting and finance, economics, marketing or business studies.
- Required licenses: PCE (Life), PCE (General), CIELI and FIMM/FMUTM.
- IPPC qualification is an advantage.
- Enthusiasm for achieving success and willingness to work in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong track record and knowledge of wealth products, including unit trusts, bancassurance, structured products and dual currency investments.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
