Descriere

  • Build and improve backend services.
  • Develop integrations.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues.
  • Improve the reliability and performance of complex software systems.
  • Lead and support a team that keeps client systems operating smoothly.
  • Manage client support tickets covering errors, configuration requests, and operational issues.
  • Analyze logs, API behavior, monitoring alerts, and system data to find root causes.
  • Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Apply or coordinate system configuration changes to meet client needs.
  • Monitor system health and performance with Datadog or similar tools.
  • Test requests and troubleshoot behavior with Postman, Insomnia, or curl.

Cerințe

  • At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including building and supporting production applications.
  • Experience leading or coordinating engineering, support, or technical operations teams.
  • Hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot, including REST controllers, dependency injection, configuration, and backend service development.
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining REST APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with JUnit, Mockito, or comparable testing frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software engineering practices.
  • Experience with MongoDB or another NoSQL database, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Redis or similar caching technology.
  • Familiarity with AWS or a comparable cloud platform.
  • Understanding of microservice communication patterns, including asynchronous messaging and event-driven architectures.
  • Daily use of AI development tools such as Claude Code for coding, debugging, testing, and improving workflows.
  • Ability to review AI-generated code, validate it, and take ownership of the result.
  • Experience diagnosing production issues, finding root causes, and implementing reliable fixes.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and professional software development practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong English communication skills at C1 level.

  • Experience with Python or TypeScript.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Datadog, Sentry, or similar observability tools.
  • Experience with logistics, shipping, supply chain, or B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs or external service providers.
  • Experience with message queues and event-driven systems.
  • Experience building AI agents, custom skills, MCP servers, or engineering automations with Claude Code, Claude API, or similar technologies.
  • Experience creating technical documentation and context files for AI development tools.
  • Experience optimizing performance, database indexing, and distributed systems.
