विवरण

Build and improve backend services.
Develop integrations.
Investigate and resolve production issues.
Improve the reliability and performance of complex software systems.
Lead and support a team that keeps client systems operating smoothly.
Manage client support tickets covering errors, configuration requests, and operational issues.
Analyze logs, API behavior, monitoring alerts, and system data to find root causes.
Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Apply or coordinate system configuration changes to meet client needs.
Monitor system health and performance with Datadog or similar tools.
Test requests and troubleshoot behavior with Postman, Insomnia, or curl.

आवश्यकताएँ

At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including building and supporting production applications.
Experience leading or coordinating engineering, support, or technical operations teams.
Hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot, including REST controllers, dependency injection, configuration, and backend service development.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining REST APIs and microservices.
Experience with JUnit, Mockito, or comparable testing frameworks.
Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software engineering practices.
Experience with MongoDB or another NoSQL database, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
Experience with Redis or similar caching technology.
Familiarity with AWS or a comparable cloud platform.
Understanding of microservice communication patterns, including asynchronous messaging and event-driven architectures.
Daily use of AI development tools such as Claude Code for coding, debugging, testing, and improving workflows.
Ability to review AI-generated code, validate it, and take ownership of the result.
Experience diagnosing production issues, finding root causes, and implementing reliable fixes.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and professional software development practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Strong English communication skills at C1 level.
