Sales Representative, Industrial Adhesives and Tapes — Hungary
Remote sales role with 3M supporting Industrial Adhesives and Tapes customers across Hungary. The position combines account growth, technical demonstrations, customer relationships, cross-functional coordination, and CRM-based sales management.
Descriere
- Deliver sales performance that reflects customer needs and industry standards
- Implement the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division’s commercial strategy
- Expand assigned accounts through 3M brands and technology solutions
- Manage relationships with OEMs, tier suppliers, metalworking, petrochemical, and other industrial customers
- Build 3M’s position as the preferred partner for industrial adhesives and tapes
- Develop and support channel partners throughout Hungary
- Conduct product demonstrations and resolve customer questions and complaints with Application Engineering support
- Plan end-user initiatives, including webinars, in partnership with Application Engineering and Marketing
- Connect customers with internal teams to help projects progress smoothly
- Work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Plan, track, and record sales activities in the CRM system
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in engineering
- Experience in technical sales
- Fluency in Hungarian and English
- Previous industrial-market experience is preferred
- Ability to work with complex products in a technical or engineering setting
- Advanced communication and prioritization skills
- Strong commercial judgment
- Experience using CRM systems
- Submit a resume in English
- Willingness to travel domestically across Hungary up to 80% of the time, or four days per week
- Relocation is not authorized
