Descriere

  • Lead and prioritize the collectors team covering tenders, legislation, decisions, and other public procurement sources
  • Define the roadmap for expanding source, country and territory, document-type, and field-depth coverage
  • Assess each source’s feasibility and value before committing delivery capacity
  • Manage the backlog, delivery cadence, and coordination with Engineering and Data & AI
  • Maintain operational reliability by monitoring collectors, responding to source failures, and meeting freshness and coverage SLAs
  • Provide clear visibility into data availability, quality, and limitations
  • Set data-quality metrics and thresholds, tracking performance through dashboards and alerts
  • Prioritize improvements to ETL, enrichment, entity normalization, classification, and duplicate resolution
  • Translate data-quality issues into business impact and escalate them with sound judgment
  • Define the lifecycle policy for tender data
  • Assess new-market readiness based on data quality and availability
  • Own the product direction for internal analytics covering opportunities, directories, and Tender Intelligence
  • Identify bidders’ needs and turn them into product proposals
  • Write product-focused PRDs
  • Define success metrics, measurement plans, and experiments, and analyze usage with product analytics tools
  • Partner with Design and Engineering across discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and continuous improvement
  • Connect market analytics with search, alerts, and the pipeline
  • Expand data coverage and freshness, reduce quality incidents, and increase adoption of market analytics

Cerințe

  • At least four years of Product Management experience, ideally with data products, B2B SaaS platforms, or information marketplaces
  • Experience leading or coordinating technical teams in scraping, data engineering, or similar areas, with strong prioritization and unblocking skills
  • Solid understanding of data pipelines—from capture and transformation to loading—as well as entity modeling and data quality
  • Programming is not required, but you must communicate fluently with those who build the systems
  • Analytical capability, including query-level SQL and confident use of product analytics and BI tools
  • Strong product-specification writing and clear communication with technical and business stakeholders
  • Native-level Spanish or equivalent, plus professional English
  • Public procurement knowledge—such as LCSP, PLACSP, TED, CPV, or tender lifecycle management—or experience in comparable regulated-data sectors is highly valued
  • Experience with market-intelligence products, directories, or company and entity databases is highly valued
  • Experience with analytical databases such as ClickHouse and with multilingual or multi-jurisdictional data is highly valued
  • Experience applying AI to document extraction, classification, or enrichment is highly valued
  • Experience expanding products into new countries is highly valued
  • Demonstrated ownership, prioritization judgment, systems thinking, influence-based leadership, and evidence-led decision-making
