  • Support Product Managers with daily coordination and follow-up for internal and external customers
  • Help assess product line performance and identify opportunities for profitable new business
  • Answer routine customer questions about work status, quotes, and related matters
  • Prepare customer quotes
  • Help Product Managers and Sales teams prepare for customer visits
  • Provide product samples and sales materials, including brochures and battlecards
  • Update PowerPoint presentations
  • Share status updates and information about new products
  • Coordinate communication across business functions
  • Draft documentation for divisional product development processes
  • Analyze product line trends using data
  • Create and maintain pricing sheets
  • Support prototype development and sales sample production
  • Help develop marketing content
  • Collect and prepare product samples for photo shoots
  • Turn brochure messaging into PowerPoint presentations for sales teams
  • Organize and maintain archives of pricing strategies and marketing materials
  • Research topics that support product planning
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Product Development Engineering

  • Work in a standard office environment with minimal physical risks
  • Work without supervisory responsibilities

Cerințe

  • A four-year degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, especially with a focus on product or business development and management; equivalent education and experience may qualify
  • Experience in product management, inside or outside sales, and customer service is helpful
  • Manufacturing operations experience is helpful
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • ERP or MRP system experience is helpful; MRP experience is also specified
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong customer support and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to multitask and contribute teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours to meet customer needs
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
  • Periodic travel of up to 25% may be required
