Product Designer, Skin + Me

Design and improve digital customer journeys for Skin + Me’s personalised skincare brands through experimentation, research and a growing design system. The role also uses AI to streamline design workflows and works closely with product managers and engineers.

Descriere

  • Design A/B tests across multiple brands’ digital journeys, including landing pages, consultations, checkout, accounts and subscription management.
  • Prepare polished designs that engineers can build from.
  • Use AI to expand design output, automate admin, maintain the design system and improve handoffs.
  • Find opportunities through data, customer insights and competitor journeys, and contribute to the experiment pipeline.
  • Track competitors and emerging design principles, trends and technologies.
  • Carry out lightweight research, including usability testing and reviews of customer service insights.
  • Develop and scale the +Me design system across multiple brands.
  • Work with engineers to ensure the finished product reflects the intended design.
  • Help define requirements, write tickets and test work before launch.
  • Report to the Head of Product and partner with Product Managers, with support from the wider Creative team.

Cerințe

  • Show strong UI craft and end-to-end UX thinking in a portfolio.
  • Have a solid grounding in digital design, including visual hierarchy, interaction design, accessibility and mobile-first design.
  • Already use AI in your design workflow and be keen to expand its application.
  • Be confident using Figma and comfortable working with a design system.
  • Have experience delivering work with engineers in an agile team.
  • Work at pace across a high volume of tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Be curious about data and motivated by measurable results.
  • Explain design decisions clearly to non-designers and actively seek feedback.
  • Take initiative, work independently and welcome ownership in a small team.
  • Experience with A/B testing or experimentation, D2C subscriptions or e-commerce, healthcare or another regulated sector, or UX copywriting is a bonus.
