Descriere

  • Own the full product design lifecycle, from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and implementation.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces for web applications.
  • Interview users, run surveys, and analyze behavior data to uncover customer needs and pain points.
  • Use advanced prototyping tools, including Code Connect and MCP, to keep Figma aligned with the codebase.
  • Find ways to shorten the path from initial idea to shipped product.
  • Work with product managers to turn business requirements into effective user experiences.
  • Collaborate with customer success to learn from existing users.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver roadmap initiatives from kickoff to completion.
  • Build and maintain design systems, documentation, visual assets, and component libraries.
  • Establish a high standard for design quality as one of the company’s first designers.

Cerințe

  • Bring 3–5 years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Have experience working in an early-stage startup or rapidly growing company.
  • Demonstrate experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, or data visualizations.
  • Provide a strong portfolio showing a user-centered process and successful product launches.
  • Use Figma confidently and have experience with AI-native design tools such as Claude Design or similar products.
  • Understand prototyping tools and the basic front-end constraints that influence design decisions.
  • Apply accessibility principles and responsive design practices.
  • Know usability testing approaches and user research methods.
  • Communicate and present design work clearly and effectively.
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-informed design decisions is a plus.
