Part-Time Chapter Support Director Consultant

Support BNI chapter growth and membership across 9–15 chapters in Virginia. Lead recruitment, retention, events, leadership training, and chapter sales.

Descriere

  • Help ensure the success of US CORE chapters and members, reporting to the Area Director.
  • Support growth across 9–15 chapters and help members build the referral partnerships they need to succeed.
  • Attract and retain members through prospecting and recruitment.
  • Create and carry out strategies that encourage recurring membership renewals.
  • Grow chapters through operational support, outreach, training, marketing, coaching, and development.
  • Increase BNI event sales by identifying and requesting sponsorships.
  • Visit and engage with chapters beyond the home office, including at in-person regional events.
  • Attract new members, strengthen loyalty, increase member lifetime value, and generate membership sales.
  • Recruit members for new chapters.
  • Plan and deliver regional events in line with the Area Director’s annual plan.
  • Identify prospective members and present relevant offers.
  • Select and train chapter leadership teams to build professional, focused, growth-oriented teams.
  • Call and welcome new members within two weeks of their induction.
  • Manage and train each chapter’s sales process.
  • Participate in regional and CORE team meetings and Support DC training.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports.
  • Take on other duties that support BNI’s values, vision, and mission.

Cerințe

  • High school diploma, equivalent education, or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Territory or account management experience preferred.
  • Previous BNI experience preferred.
  • Able to perform sedentary work, occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force and frequently or constantly exerting negligible force.
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements involving the wrists, hands, or fingers.
  • Close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing figures and data, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and reading extensively.
