Descriere

  • Grow company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores by expanding their customer base, sales, and profitability
  • Promote NAPA products and programs to wholesale customers
  • Partner with the local Store Manager to create sales growth plans
  • Source, contact, manage, and develop local leads proactively
  • Assess customer needs and match them with NAPA solutions
  • Collaborate with manufacturer representatives to strengthen program offerings and customer knowledge
  • Engage customers through NAPA eSales programs
  • Lead educational seminars, clinics, and presentations about NAPA products and services
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through responsive service
  • Resolve customer questions, complaints, and problems in person or by phone
  • Inspect, safeguard, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, buildings, and personnel

Cerințe

  • Previous experience in retail or outside sales
  • At least two years of experience in a customer-focused role
  • Ability to perform effectively in a quota-driven environment
  • Foundational selling skills, including sales-call preparation, customer-meeting management, objection handling, closing, and account maintenance
  • Ability to present information in group meetings
  • Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations during the past four years
  • Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach shelves up to eight feet high using a stool or ladder when needed
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire work shift
  • Ability to lift merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds
  • Clear verbal communication and attentive listening skills
  • Ability to set expectations, fulfill commitments, monitor results, and manage accountability
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Automotive industry experience preferred
