Onsite Customer Service Representative – Warehouse Operations

Coordinate warehouse workloads, inventory, customer orders, and freight documentation in an onsite customer service role with GXO Logistics. Support efficient supply chain operations through accurate order processing and reporting.

Descriere

  • Distribute workloads among warehouse workers, material handlers, and drivers
  • Prepare work orders, investigate order issues, and correct discrepancies
  • Assign and release orders for loading and unloading activities
  • Allocate inventory and investigate stock availability for customer orders
  • Record inbound and outbound freight information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Prepare bills of lading (BOLs)
  • Maintain existing reports and produce required reporting
  • Process, audit, and organize operational documentation
  • Support managers and supervisors with warehouse coordination, including inventory, packing slips, reports, and customer orders

Cerințe

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills for working with carriers, customers, employees, and management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule when required preferred
  • One year of customer service experience preferred
  • Six months of warehouse experience preferred
  • Conditional job offers may be subject to a pre-employment drug test
  • Compliance with GXO COVID safety policies and applicable CDC, OSHA, state, and local requirements
