Power Digital Marketing is seeking a B2B Creative Strategist to lead paid social creative strategy for 8–10 clients. The role combines performance analysis, consumer research, direct-response messaging, creative testing, and client collaboration.

Descriere

  • Own paid social creative strategy across a portfolio of 8–10 clients
  • Apply performance data, consumer research, and brand insights to develop effective creative assets
  • Partner with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Manage client communications and monitor client sentiment
  • Build client relationships and explain Power Digital’s processes
  • Study client brands, competitors, and relevant industry developments
  • Audit advertising accounts, identify top-performing ads, and present findings to clients
  • Form creative hypotheses and test plans through monthly roadmaps
  • Write consumer-focused direct-response copy and develop messaging strategies
  • Coordinate production requests and deliverables in Asana
  • Evaluate video and image assets and give editors clear, actionable feedback
  • Facilitate internal creative reviews and brainstorming sessions
  • Serve as the primary client contact for creative strategy
  • Oversee edit, reshoot, and deliverable scope
  • Challenge client timelines, scope, feedback, and direction when needed to improve performance
  • Use AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes
  • Work with Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem

Cerințe

  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager or comparable performance platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, or Pinterest
  • Technical ability to extract and apply creative performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and shape creative roadmaps
  • Knowledge of performance-focused creative principles and the ability to put them into practice
  • Ability to write persuasive ad copy, structure scripts, and oversee execution alongside visual assets
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, production teams, and post-production teams
  • Ability to produce strong campaign outcomes through high-performing creative
