Marketing Coordinator – Hybrid, United Kingdom

Work with global stakeholders, agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, effective marketing activity.

Descriere

  • Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Manage trade shows from initial planning through delivery and follow-up, covering booth design, schedules, logistics, suppliers, collateral, lead capture and reporting
  • Partner with business development teams on target-account activity and customer pursuits
  • Write, edit and proofread content for websites, email campaigns, social media, brochures, presentations and sales-enablement materials
  • Help produce case studies, customer success stories, press releases, product and capability content, and other external communications
  • Coordinate video projects with external providers, including scope definition, planning, storyboards and delivery
  • Align internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and event partners to keep projects on brief, on schedule and within budget
  • Keep marketing calendars, campaign schedules, project plans, content libraries and relevant customer or campaign data up to date
  • Contribute to employer branding, recruitment marketing and internal communications as needed
  • Track campaign and event results, prepare performance reports and recommend improvements based on findings
  • Maintain accurate, current and brand-aligned marketing activity and communications
  • Work across functions, business units and regions with senior leadership, business development, sales, engineering and product teams

Cerințe

  • Degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in B2B marketing
  • Excellent writing, copywriting, editing and proofreading ability
  • Skill in translating complex or technical information into clear, accurate and engaging content
  • Proactive and self-directed, with the confidence to take ownership and move work forward
  • Able to work independently with strong autonomy while contributing constructively to a small global team
  • Strong organisation, project coordination and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging stakeholders at varied organisational levels
  • Curious, adaptable and motivated to learn
  • Marketing experience in industrial technology, manufacturing, engineering, electronics or another technical sector is advantageous but not required
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, email marketing, CRM, marketing automation or content management systems is advantageous but not required
  • Basic design or creative-production experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or comparable tools is advantageous but not required
  • Understanding of campaign analytics, reporting and continuous improvement is advantageous but not required
  • Successful completion of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks after an offer
  • Successful completion of pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Screening
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role
