- Own the club’s commercial results, client delivery, satisfaction and account growth.
- Set direction for key accounts, manage account health and commercial outcomes, build executive relationships and grow long-term client value.
- Advise C-suite and director-level clients through consultative, insight-led discussions.
- Show how AND Digital’s services create client value, drawing on technical and commercial knowledge.
- Drive major business development, shaping and closing high-value, multi-million-pound deals.
- Develop and execute client growth plans, craft value propositions and win business.
- Expand market presence through networking and professional relationship-building.
- Encourage team engagement, continued development and strong individual performance.
- Direct the club’s operational and commercial management, including profit and loss, revenue forecasts, budgets, invoicing and collections.
- Follow AND Digital’s operating model and represent its brand, culture and values.
