Descriere

  • Grow the Eastern Europe territory through prospecting, decision-maker identification, proposal development, and meeting conversion.
  • Assess prospects’ business-critical challenges and lead consultative sales discussions.
  • Present goFLUENT’s business impact and challenge conventional approaches to learning.
  • Create business cases that demonstrate the return on investment of goFLUENT solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and senior decision-makers.
  • Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to secure high-potential deals.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.
  • Travel to customer locations across the territory.

Cerințe

  • At least two years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience with SaaS and international sales is preferred.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with senior managers and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, proactive, personable, hardworking, and adaptable approach.
  • Active use of social media in a professional context.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn.
  • Experience in training, e-learning, or HR services is advantageous.
  • C1-level English proficiency.
  • Fluency or bilingual proficiency in Polish or Romanian.
