Inside Sales Representative, Portable Coverage (Hybrid)

Drive portable-coverage sales for HD Supply through prospecting, pricing, quoting, and customer support. This hybrid role combines remote work with access to a local facility.

Descriere

  • Create new sales and upsell opportunities through phone, email, and other electronic channels
  • Manage customer order and quotation requests across all account levels
  • Identify prospects through outbound calls and email outreach
  • Coordinate sales projects, monitor open orders, resolve issues, and provide customer support
  • Deliver profitable growth by meeting sales quotas
  • Price products using the pricing matrix and other available resources
  • Create product code directives while protecting target margin goals
  • Complete estimates, take-offs, and proposals as needed
  • Escalate complex or unusual issues to a supervisor
  • Apply sound judgment under general supervision and established policies, procedures, and techniques

Cerințe

  • At least 3 years of sales or sales-support experience
  • Experience in customer support and success
  • B2B sales experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of facilities products, including hardware, electrical, and lighting, is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Comfort working in an inbound and outbound call environment
  • Independent, accountable, and self-motivated work style
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Salesforce or a comparable CRM
  • Consultative or solution-selling experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote or hybrid role
  • Ability to drive comfortably to a local facility
  • Availability to begin with the next training class on Monday, November 2, 2026
  • High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
  • Specialized skills training or certification may be required
  • Generally 2–5 years of experience in the relevant area of responsibility
