Head of AI Expansion - Spain (Remote)

Lead the global adoption of Tether AI and QVAC, with a focus on decentralized, privacy-preserving, and sovereign AI solutions. Develop enterprise, institutional, and government partnerships to support AI deployments.

Descriere

  • Lead global adoption of QVAC and Tether AI among enterprises, institutions, and governments
  • Find organizations that can benefit strategically from local, private, decentralized, or sovereign AI
  • Connect AI use cases to organizational priorities and develop implementation business cases
  • Strengthen relationships with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, AI executives, and government stakeholders while creating new ones
  • Source, structure, negotiate, and close strategic AI partnerships and deployments
  • Build relationships with compute, hardware, infrastructure, and technology providers
  • Track partnership results, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Set and deliver Tether AI's global go-to-market strategy
  • Prioritize markets, industries, and high-value AI applications
  • Shape client requirements and turn them into deployable solutions with product and engineering teams
  • Create and oversee a global pipeline of strategic AI opportunities
  • Track market, competitive, regulatory, and technology changes
  • Build and manage the global AI Expansion team
  • Hire expansion managers, partnership leads, solution architects, and other key team members
  • Set KPIs, execution playbooks, and commercial operating processes
  • Collaborate with AI, engineering, product, and regional Expansion teams
  • Represent Tether AI in strategic discussions, government engagements, conferences, and industry forums

Cerințe

  • At least seven years of experience in AI, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or technology business development
  • Deep knowledge of AI and machine learning, LLMs, inference, local or edge computing, data infrastructure, and decentralized architectures
  • Demonstrated personal success originating, structuring, and closing large enterprise technology deals and partnerships
  • Established relationships with senior decision-makers at enterprises, technology companies, and/or governments
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience creating and managing high-performing teams
  • Entrepreneurial approach with the independence to work effectively in fast-changing environments
  • Degree in AI, computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work across diverse geographies and cultures
  • Availability for international travel
  • Fluency in at least three languages is preferred
