Descriere

  • Improve the website through customer journey, messaging, and conversion-focused work
  • Find and prioritize opportunities to increase acquisition and conversion across the customer journey
  • Manage acquisition campaigns from strategic planning through execution, measurement, and optimization
  • Set campaign audiences, value propositions, messaging, customer journeys, channels, and touchpoints
  • Design and conduct CRO and growth experiments grounded in clear hypotheses
  • Combine customer research, behavioral insights, and quantitative data to identify conversion drivers and barriers
  • Create research, messaging, content, copy, and experiment concepts directly
  • Collaborate with PPC, Design, Sales, Analytics, Product, and other specialists
  • Contribute to selected activation and free-trial-to-paid conversion initiatives
  • Apply AI to research, analysis, and execution while preserving output quality
  • Take part in resume screening, phone interviews, hiring manager interviews, task challenges, team and leadership panels, and offer discussions

Cerințe

  • Based in Poland with a valid work permit
  • Experience leading growth initiatives with measurable acquisition or conversion results
  • Experience improving websites through customer journey, messaging, and conversion work
  • Experience developing and delivering multichannel acquisition campaigns
  • Hands-on CRO and experimentation experience using hypothesis-driven methods
  • Strong analytical ability and skill in converting data and customer insight into action
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, UX, and digital purchasing journeys
  • Working knowledge of how paid media, SEO, content, email, and automation work together
  • Strong judgment in content and messaging, with the ability to write and refine copy
  • Ability to use AI to create precise, high-quality output
  • Experience working across functions while retaining initiative ownership
  • Strong project management and prioritization abilities
  • English required; no specific proficiency level is stated
