Fractional Creative Strategist – U.S. Remote

LumiMeds is seeking a fractional Creative Strategist to lead direct-response creative for its U.S. telehealth weight-management business. The role focuses on paid acquisition testing, performance insights, and AI-supported creative workflows.

Descriere

  • Lead and refine performance creative strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and other paid acquisition channels.
  • Use performance data, customer insights, and market trends to uncover concepts, angles, hooks, offers, formats, and messaging opportunities.
  • Turn business and acquisition objectives into creative priorities for designers, editors, copywriters, and content creators.
  • Create practical creative briefs covering the audience, insight, hook, message, format, CTA, and testing hypothesis.
  • Tailor creative concepts to the requirements of each advertising platform.
  • Assess creative results through CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, hook rate, hold rate, and conversion performance.
  • Establish systematic testing frameworks and monitor for creative fatigue.
  • Research competitors, DTC companies, telehealth providers, consumer health trends, and new advertising formats.
  • Evaluate concepts, scripts, static and video ads, UGC, and other performance creative before launch.
  • Deliver specific feedback while developing creative principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Assess the complete customer journey from the initial creative through the landing page, offer, and checkout.
  • Suggest improvements to landing-page messaging, structure, offers, CTAs, and objection handling.
  • Apply AI tools to creative research, concept development, copy and hook ideation, storyboarding, competitive analysis, briefing, and image or video ideation.
  • Work with founders, marketers, media buyers, designers, editors, and content creators to strengthen customer acquisition.

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, direct-response advertising, or growth creative.
  • A strong record of producing creative that generated measurable customer acquisition results.
  • In-depth knowledge of DTC and performance advertising.
  • Strong command of Meta advertising, with working familiarity across Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and turn findings into practical creative decisions.
  • Solid grasp of direct-response copywriting, hooks, offers, CTAs, and consumer psychology.
  • Experience building structured creative testing programs.
  • Strong understanding of short-form video, UGC, static ads, and other performance creative formats.
  • Ability to give designers, editors, copywriters, and creators clear direction and useful feedback.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-moving startup setting.
  • Strong communication skills and professional-level English.
  • Availability for regular collaboration during U.S. business hours.
