Descriere

  • Solve the CEO’s most urgent priorities through strategy projects, market research, competitive analysis, financial work, and cross-functional execution.
  • Diagnose problems, develop practical solutions, and carry initiatives through to completion.
  • Create and maintain models and analyses that guide major business decisions.
  • Partner with teams across the company as priorities evolve.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and management of new associates.
  • Contribute as a member of the founding Office of the CEO team.

Cerințe

  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in top-tier investment banking focused on TMT or fintech, private equity, management consulting, late-stage venture capital, or a rapidly growing startup.
  • Demonstrate exceptional performance and a record of taking on greater responsibility faster than peers.
  • Possess strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
  • Have advanced Excel skills.
  • Have working knowledge of SQL.
  • Be comfortable investigating unstructured data and building models from the ground up.
  • Apply exceptional rigor while working quickly and effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Be able to sustain a demanding schedule of approximately 12-hour days, 5–6 days per week, particularly during the first year.
  • Be based in Miami or New York City and be willing to travel.
  • Ideally hold a background in mathematics, physics, or another highly quantitative discipline.
  • Understand fintech, banking, or financial infrastructure.
