Partner with Headstart Collective’s founders on strategic priorities, sales operations, recruiting, and content initiatives. This full-time remote role supports a Swiss performance marketing agency across projects, pitches, and thought leadership.

Descriere

  • Act as a trusted partner to the founders across day-to-day priorities
  • Own high-impact assignments and drive them toward completion
  • Manage internal projects from initial concept through delivery
  • Improve sales and marketing operations, including HubSpot, webinar workflows, and reporting
  • Monitor strategic initiatives and turn plans into action
  • Create pitches, tenders, and audit materials
  • Contribute to recruiting efforts and team development
  • Create and deliver content that strengthens Headstart Collective’s thought-leadership position
  • Help develop LinkedIn, webinar, and podcast formats
  • Coordinate the content pipeline across every channel

  • Background in an agency, startup, or consulting setting is a plus
