Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo) | Remote, United States
Manage Klaviyo email and SMS marketing for eCommerce and direct-to-consumer brands. Improve lifecycle flows, messaging, audience targeting, and retention results.
Descriere
- Plan and schedule 2–3 Klaviyo email campaigns per client each week
- Create persuasive, brand-aligned copy for campaigns and lifecycle sequences
- Develop and maintain Welcome, Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Winback, and advanced segmentation flows
- Configure and quality-check automations, filters, splits, and A/B experiments
- Oversee audience segmentation, suppression rules, list hygiene, and SMS compliance
- Track opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, lifetime value, and retention metrics
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Designers, and fellow marketing specialists
- Find ways to strengthen campaign effectiveness and customer retention
- Oversee email and SMS programs for multiple eCommerce and direct-to-consumer brands
Cerințe
- At least 3 years of practical email marketing experience, preferably with eCommerce or DTC brands
- Advanced Klaviyo experience spanning campaigns, flows, segmentation, and deliverability
- Demonstrated email copywriting ability supported by a relevant portfolio
- Experience overseeing email lists with more than 10,000 subscribers
- Working understanding of lifetime value, repeat purchase rate, and cohort analysis
- Highly detail-oriented with disciplined quality-assurance practices
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Capable of working independently while meeting deadlines
- Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR requirements
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection
