Descriere

  • Own the Enterprise Legal Management platform as its strategic business leader.
  • Direct platform administration, configuration, testing, releases, enhancements, and continuous optimization.
  • Set governance and operating standards for matter management, e-billing, workflows, access, data quality, and reporting.
  • Create and deliver the ELM roadmap in partnership with Legal Operations and business leadership.
  • Collaborate with Legal, IT, Finance, Procurement, and vendors on scalable technology and process improvements.
  • Lead user adoption, training, change management, and platform best practices.
  • Produce reporting, dashboards, and analytics for legal operations, spend management, and decision-making.
  • Assess and implement legal technology enhancements, integrations, automation, and emerging capabilities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee technology delivery aligned with Legal Operations goals.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least seven years supporting Legal Operations, Enterprise Legal Management, legal technology, or related legal systems.
  • Hands-on experience administering, managing, or optimizing ELM and e-billing platforms such as TeamConnect, Collaborati, Legal Tracker, Onit, SimpleLegal, Mitratech, or comparable solutions.
  • Strong understanding of legal matter management, e-billing, legal spend management, outside counsel management, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Experience acting as a business, platform, or product owner, or administrator, for enterprise legal technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with Legal, IT, Finance, Procurement, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
  • Experience assessing, implementing, or improving legal technology platforms and related business processes.
  • Ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • For home working, access to cable broadband or fiber-optic internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
