Descriere

  • Provide IT support to internal customers and IT staff on services and solutions
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Take part in system development activities, including unit testing and code reviews
  • Work with business analysts to assess how customizations, interfaces, bug fixes, updates, and upgrades affect systems
  • Keep stakeholders informed about projects, changes, major incidents, ITIL processes, and priorities
  • Work with the team to resolve escalated issues and production problems
  • Assess system changes, requirements, and proposed improvements to support efficient processes
  • Help prepare and maintain technical documentation
  • Follow service desk housekeeping and ticket handling procedures
  • Review system and application designs and change documents
  • Support system selection, implementation, integration, and business system operations

Cerințe

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred
  • At least two years of experience with relevant software and development tools
  • Experience with Microsoft products, Oracle, SQL, and relational databases
  • Experience with change and release management
  • Experience with multiple programming languages
  • Experience with or knowledge of ETL methods and technologies
  • Experience designing and implementing Databricks data solutions using Medallion Architecture
  • Working knowledge of Azure cloud technologies and services
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and readiness to learn and apply emerging technologies
  • Knowledge of basic ServiceNow operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer support and problem diagnosis skills
  • SQL debugging skills
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence tools and data warehouse concepts is preferred
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Willingness and ability to follow the company's Code of Conduct
  • Ability to understand, comply with, and support corporate safety initiatives
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, use a computer keyboard, and occasionally reach with the hands and arms
