Data Engineer — Remote in Brazil
Design and maintain scalable data architectures, pipelines, and cloud analytics platforms. This full-time remote role in Brazil focuses on data quality, governance, and collaboration across technical and business teams.
Descriere
- Design and evolve secure, scalable data architectures.
- Build and maintain data ingestion, integration, processing, and delivery pipelines.
- Develop Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and analytics environments.
- Maintain data quality, traceability, security, and governance.
- Connect data across corporate systems, applications, and other sources.
- Help establish data architecture standards, practices, and strategies.
- Improve data storage, transformation, and consumption processes.
- Work with business, analytics, BI, data science, and technology teams on data-driven solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on data initiatives and support multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and evolution of modern cloud data platforms.
Cerințe
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, data science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, physics, chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience in data engineering and data solution architecture.
- Knowledge of data modeling and systems integration.
- Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience processing and transforming large data volumes.
- Knowledge of data governance, quality, and security.
- Experience with Data Lake and Data Warehouse environments.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms and services.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business functions.
- Databricks certifications or training.
- Experience with SAP Datasphere.
- Experience with Cognite.
- Experience with Dataiku.
- Knowledge of Python for data engineering and automation.
- Experience with modern data and analytics architectures.
- Experience leading or coordinating data teams.
- Knowledge of DataOps, Git, and agile methodologies.
