Commercial Legal Counsel Contractor

Draft and negotiate contracts for Liftoff’s AI-powered mobile app marketing platform. Partner with global commercial, finance, accounting, and legal teams.

Descriere

  • Support the in-house legal team with insertion orders, third-party contracts, and other legal matters.
  • Assist commercial, finance, and accounting teams across global locations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, customer, and licensing agreements.
  • Help ensure contracts comply with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
  • Work with legal, sales, commercial, product, engineering, finance, and accounting colleagues.
  • Manage the contract ticketing system and respond promptly to incoming requests.
  • Monitor contract milestones and key deadlines.
  • Help oversee contract compliance and resolve deviations or breaches.
  • Create and refine contract templates and standard clauses.
  • Assist with contract approvals, authorization, and recordkeeping.
  • Advise and train employees on contracts and related best practices.
  • Keep current with laws and regulations relevant to contract management.

Cerințe

  • Bring 5–10 years of professional experience.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in law or a related discipline.
  • Have experience as a contracts counsel, legal counsel, or in a comparable position.
  • Understand contract law and legal terminology well.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and conversation.
  • Bring strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Be proficient with contract management software or tools.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams across global locations.
  • Experience in ad tech is an advantage.
