Chief of Staff — Eye Security
Help align strategy, OKRs and cross-functional execution at Eye Security, a European cybersecurity and embedded cyber insurance scale-up. Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.
Descriere
- Help the leadership team set shared priorities and turn strategy into coordinated action across the business.
- Work with VPs to communicate strategic priorities and translate them into team plans.
- Coordinate complex strategic projects and initiatives across functions.
- Clarify ownership and next steps, and track work through to completion.
- Organize weekly and quarterly leadership routines, C-team sessions and board meetings.
- Track decisions and follow-up actions while improving operating processes.
- Support OKRs by defining objectives, owners, milestones, progress reviews and feedback loops.
- Prepare KPI reports and materials for quarterly performance reviews.
- Surface roadblocks, delayed decisions and commitments at risk.
- Bring stakeholders together to resolve issues and maintain accountability.
- Build trusted relationships and keep leaders and stakeholders aligned.
- Report directly to the CEO and partner with the C-team, VPs and other senior leaders.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a record of delivering complex cross-functional work to milestones and timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Credibility with C-team and VP leaders, paired with an approachable and adaptable style.
- Experience coordinating leadership processes such as strategic planning, OKRs or performance reviews.
- Confidence working with KPIs and business data and turning them into clear updates and actions.
- A practical, structured approach with strong follow-through and adaptability.
- A proactive, collaborative, delivery-focused mindset, with resilience and a strong sense of ownership.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Working proficiency in German or Dutch is an advantage.
- Regular office attendance.
- Willingness to travel between Berlin and The Hague.
