Oversee business office operations in line with applicable federal, state and local requirements
Coordinate with the Central Billing Office on private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid and managed care payments
Process accounts receivable refunds
Keep logs and reports for resident funds, census records and case accounts
Complete other duties assigned by the administrator

Cerințe

High school diploma or equivalent
Associate degree in business or accounting preferred
Experience in business office operations in a long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living or memory care setting
Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, government agencies and community members
Current knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compassion and commitment to working with seniors
Flexible, upbeat and energetic personality
