Descriere

  • Own Womanizer’s global brand strategy, positioning, and priorities across markets and channels.
  • Create and deliver go-to-market plans for new product launches.
  • Turn consumer research, market trends, and business goals into focused brand strategies and initiatives.
  • Advise product teams on portfolio direction and roadmap priorities.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns with creative, content, media, PR, and cross-functional partners.
  • Track brand and commercial performance through data, insights, and key measures.
  • Oversee brand budgets and marketing investment decisions.
  • Assess markets and competitors to inform brand planning.
  • Maintain consistent messaging and execution across consumer and trade channels.
  • Present brand plans, performance results, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated brand management experience, ideally in consumer, lifestyle, beauty, FMCG, retail, or another fast-moving environment.
  • Strong strategic capability, with the ability to turn business and consumer insight into practical brand plans.
  • Commercial, analytical approach and confidence managing performance data, budgets, KPIs, and business outcomes.
  • Sound creative judgment, including the ability to develop and refine ideas with creative and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience taking product launches and integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through delivery.
  • Effective project and stakeholder management skills, with the independence to move initiatives forward across teams and markets.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive approach with clear ownership of responsibilities.
  • Experience leading, supporting, and developing a small team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Fluent English; additional language skills are advantageous.
