Descriere

  • Work with the store manager to coordinate daily retail operations
  • Support merchandising activities and product launches
  • Contribute to achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Create an exceptional customer experience with AT&T products and services
  • Coach and develop retail sales consultants
  • Drive team performance against sales and service objectives
  • Support store operations while managing and developing the team

Cerințe

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities
  • At least three years of sales or customer experience in telecommunications or a related field
  • Previous management experience
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders on initiatives that extend beyond the store
  • Strategic outlook with the ability to support and lead change
