- Work with the store manager to coordinate daily retail operations
- Support merchandising activities and product launches
- Contribute to achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Create an exceptional customer experience with AT&T products and services
- Coach and develop retail sales consultants
- Drive team performance against sales and service objectives
- Support store operations while managing and developing the team
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- At least three years of sales or customer experience in telecommunications or a related field
- Previous management experience
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
- Ability to work with key stakeholders on initiatives that extend beyond the store
- Strategic outlook with the ability to support and lead change
- Ability to motivate a team through performance, collaboration, and teamwork
- Professional judgment to investigate issues and develop solutions
- Demonstrated initiative and drive to deliver results
