Descriere

  • Own paid social creative strategy across a portfolio of 8–10 clients
  • Use performance data, consumer research, and brand insights to shape effective creative assets
  • Partner with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Manage client communications and monitor client sentiment
  • Build client relationships and explain Power Digital’s processes
  • Investigate client brands, competitors, and relevant industry developments
  • Audit accounts, identify effective ads, present findings, and create hypotheses and monthly testing roadmaps
  • Write direct-response copy and develop consumer-focused messaging strategies
  • Coordinate production requests and deliverables in Asana
  • Evaluate video and image assets and give editors actionable recommendations
  • Facilitate internal creative team meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Act as the client’s primary contact for creative strategy
  • Oversee the scope of edits, reshoots, and deliverables
  • Challenge timelines, scope, feedback, and creative direction when needed to improve performance
  • Apply AI tools to streamline and improve business processes
  • Work within Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem
  • Track KPIs including client churn of 5% or less, management of 8–10 mid-level clients, and $22,000 RPE

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Meta Ads Manager or comparable performance platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, or Pinterest
  • Strong ability to extract and apply creative performance data to identify trends, insights, and testing opportunities
  • Knowledge of performance creative best practices and the ability to apply them in campaign development
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy, structure scripts, and oversee visual execution
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with clients, production teams, and post-production partners
  • Track record of generating strong campaign outcomes through high-performing creative
