Descriere

  • Build sales plans to win and retain automotive dealership clients.
  • Develop relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers to understand their financing needs.
  • Grow the portfolio by presenting financing options and promoting Westlake Floorplan Company’s services.
  • Research the market to track industry trends and maintain competitive services.
  • Manage automotive floorplan accounts and support a strong customer experience.
  • Track account results and address client concerns early.
  • Work with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Train and assist dealerships on available financing solutions and services.
  • Assess dealership conditions and business performance.
  • Create and maintain models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
  • Partner with internal teams to meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Track portfolio health, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment patterns.
  • Build and oversee a dealership portfolio by signing clients, growing sales, servicing accounts, and managing related risks.

Cerințe

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry across multiple sectors.
  • Strong financial knowledge and familiarity with financial tools and terminology.
  • Strong presentation, spoken, and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with clients, colleagues, and external partners at all organizational levels.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and collections skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • At least two years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, or collections.
  • Willingness to travel more than 75%, including some overnight trips.
  • Ability to travel by air and drive.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license.
