Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager – Texas (Remote)
Grow and service Westlake Financial’s automotive dealership financing portfolio across Texas. The role combines dealer sales, account management, and credit risk oversight.

- Build sales plans to win and retain automotive dealership clients.
- Develop relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers to understand their financing needs.
- Grow the portfolio by presenting financing options and promoting Westlake Floorplan Company’s services.
- Research the market to track industry trends and maintain competitive services.
- Manage automotive floorplan accounts and support a strong customer experience.
- Track account results and address client concerns early.
- Work with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
- Train and assist dealerships on available financing solutions and services.
- Assess dealership conditions and business performance.
- Create and maintain models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
- Partner with internal teams to meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Track portfolio health, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment patterns.
- Build and oversee a dealership portfolio by signing clients, growing sales, servicing accounts, and managing related risks.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- At least two years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, or collections.
- Willingness to travel more than 75%, including some overnight trips.
- Ability to travel by air and drive.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license.
