Manage NAPA’s automotive aftermarket sales and customer relationships in Woodville, Australia. Own territory revenue, margins, business development, and trade customer service.
Descriere
- Consult with customers, build relationships, and understand their needs to resolve problems
- Own sales and gross margin performance across the assigned territory
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions
- Meet established sales budgets
- Generate new business through business development and account management
- Promote a safety-first culture across daily activities
- Develop strong commercial relationships with target customers in the territory
- Identify and implement proactive solutions to customer issues
- Report to the Channel Manager while collaborating closely with NAPA Branch Managers
Cerințe
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with effective negotiation ability
- A customer-focused, solutions-oriented approach
- Demonstrated experience in account management or business development
- Comfort working in a KPI-led environment
- Sales or customer management experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Practical experience with CRM systems
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive sector
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, and drive safely as required
