  • Establish consistent methods for prioritizing markets, weighing trade-offs, allocating resources, and making investment decisions.
  • Create global and responsive marketing planning frameworks that balance consistency with local flexibility.
  • Develop operating models that clarify which initiatives to expand, refine, or discontinue across international markets.

Cerințe

  • Bring at least 10 years of experience in strategy, analytics, marketing planning, business operations, finance, consulting, or a related field.
  • Have at least 3 years of management experience.
  • Show a track record of turning complex data and unclear business questions into structured recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate effective collaboration with marketing, finance, analytics, business development, product, and regional teams.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
  • Bring strong financial modeling, forecasting, quantitative analysis, and business case development skills.
  • Communicate effectively with executives through clear storytelling and data visualization.
  • Have experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, digital commerce, or management consulting.
  • Understand international markets, regional consumer behavior, cultural insights, or global go-to-market planning.
  • Have experience with marketing analytics, audience segmentation, campaign measurement, and performance learning.
  • Have exposure to digital commerce, platform ecosystems, payments, or fintech models.
  • Use Excel, Sheets, business intelligence or data visualization tools, and presentation and storytelling tools at an advanced level.
