  • Create and deliver an optimization-project roadmap with Technology teams
  • Develop accounting tools and incorporate AI into accounting processes
  • Assess requirements, define target processes, and automate workflows
  • Lead initiatives to improve and expand accounting tools
  • Spot improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions
  • Drive process adoption and strengthen team performance
  • Deploy tools that support accounting procedures and accounting schemes
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for change management, training, and functional support
  • Implement and track accounting reports and key performance indicators
  • Maintain and distribute operating procedures and training resources
  • Train teams and provide daily on-site and remote support
  • Document and implement operational controls and accounting schemes
  • Define and supervise corrective actions arising from controls or audits

Cerințe

  • Higher education in Accounting, with at least two years of post-secondary study
  • At least five years of accounting experience, including early people-management experience
  • Project management experience is strongly preferred
  • Solid command of accounting principles and methods
  • Strong interest in IT tools and accounting ERP systems
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Initial experience using Artificial Intelligence is a plus
  • Fluent English is required
  • Ability to maintain a strategic, broad perspective
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities
  • Curious, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to bring together and motivate colleagues
