Apraksts

  • Lead features from customer discovery through design, implementation, rollout, documentation, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Set feature-flag strategy and manage releases and rollouts.
  • Include user experience and documentation in each deliverable.
  • Track production health and resolve issues using reliable signals.
  • Work with Product to understand customer problems and develop better solutions.
  • Fix bugs and reduce technical debt.
  • Develop and improve AI agent experiences for third-party risk assessment workflows.
  • Lead workflows, integrations, and AI-powered features for Drata’s Third-Party Risk Management platform.
  • Maintain vendor inventories, gather evidence such as SOC 2 reports and ISO certifications, assess evidence against customer criteria, and generate audit-ready reports through the platform.

Prasības

  • Bring 8–10+ years of professional software engineering experience building and owning production systems end to end.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript across the stack.
  • Have backend experience with Node.js and NestJS.
  • Have front-end experience with React.
  • Bring experience with event-driven architecture and durable workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal.
  • Have a solid foundation in relational databases, testing, observability and telemetry, and modern CI/CD practices.
  • Be able to work across teams and product areas while owning architecture and long-term technical direction.
  • Be able to set technical direction for others and serve as a primary escalation point.
  • Be prepared to make decisions across multiple areas and longer time horizons.
  • Have experience mentoring teammates and connecting disparate parts of a system.
  • Plan for the long term and avoid solutions focused only on short-term needs.
  • Experience in TPRM, vendor risk, GRC, or compliance is a bonus.
  • Experience building AI-powered product features or working alongside them is a bonus.
  • Be willing and able to commute to the 2nd Street office each week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • Be authorized to work in the country where the job is located.
  • Answer whether employer sponsorship is required now or in the future.
