  • Design and maintain scalable data solutions in Snowflake.
  • Create databases, schemas, tables, views, secure views, stages, and other Snowflake objects.
  • Develop production-ready transformations with SQL and Snowpark.
  • Implement Snowflake Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, Snowpipe, incremental processing, and change data capture.
  • Improve queries, warehouses, clustering, storage, compute usage, and platform costs.
  • Set up secure data sharing and access controls.
  • Build resilient ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and semi-structured data.
  • Develop batch, incremental, near real-time, and event-driven ingestion pipelines.
  • Connect data from Salesforce, REST APIs, SaaS applications, AWS, databases, and files.
  • Create reusable ingestion and transformation frameworks.
  • Manage schema changes, late-arriving data, retries, replay, reconciliation, and source-to-target completeness.
  • Build orchestration workflows with dependency handling and failure management.
  • Design dimensional models, fact and dimension tables, data marts, curated datasets, and enterprise data models.
  • Define consistent core business entities and metrics.
  • Create data layers for analytics, reporting, operational applications, and AI workloads.
  • Develop Salesforce ingestion and incremental or CDC synchronization pipelines into Snowflake.
  • Build AWS data pipelines with S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and related services.
  • Secure data movement and file ingestion, including staging, archival, IAM, encryption, secrets, and access controls.
  • Automate data quality checks, testing, monitoring, logging, metrics, alerts, and operational dashboards.
  • Investigate and resolve production data incidents, tracing upstream and downstream effects.
  • Write clean, reusable, testable, maintainable code.
  • Take part in architecture and code reviews.
  • Maintain technical documentation, data mappings, and runbooks.
  • Contribute to CI/CD and automated deployment practices.
  • Mentor Data Engineers and help set engineering standards.

Prasības

  • At least 5 years of data engineering experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on Snowflake experience.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex transformations and query optimization.
  • Strong Python skills for data processing, automation, and API integrations.
  • Experience building production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Experience integrating Snowflake with AWS.
  • Experience ingesting data from Salesforce or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and modern data architecture.
  • Experience with incremental processing, CDC, and data reconciliation.
  • Experience implementing data quality and monitoring frameworks.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with Snowpark.
  • Experience with Snowflake Cortex.
  • Experience with Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, Snowpipe, and secure data sharing.
  • Experience with Salesforce Bulk API, CDC, and Platform Events.
  • Experience with AWS Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and Glue.
  • Experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework.
  • Experience with Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, or a similar orchestration platform.
  • Experience with Terraform or infrastructure as code.
  • Experience supporting AI/ML and RAG workloads from Snowflake.
  • Snowflake certifications are a plus.
