Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Security and Compliance

Apraksts

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Scopic’s SOC for AI platform in enterprise environments, from kickoff through go-live.
  • Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Identify, document, and mitigate project risks while upholding cybersecurity, quality, and performance standards.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for CISOs, GRC teams, data scientists, and internal product and engineering teams.
  • Update clients on the product roadmap, releases, and capabilities.
  • Deploy and configure the platform, aligning agent behaviors and audit trails with regulatory controls and cybersecurity policies.
  • Apply security policies, observability, and compliance guardrails to AI agents.
  • Connect client data systems and APIs through MCPs while preserving privacy and role-based access controls.
  • Build and deploy deterministic Python workflows alongside AI models.
  • Spot implementation gaps and translate them into engineering requirements.
  • Set and monitor measures such as compliance control coverage, anomaly detection rates, and automated audit reporting.
  • Present security outcomes and platform return on investment to executives.
  • Identify ways to expand the platform’s use.

Prasības

  • Advanced Python skills for reliable, deterministic backend workflows and secure API integrations.
  • Practical experience with LLMs, function calling and tool use, and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
  • Understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and secure connections between AI models and external data sources.
  • Familiarity with controls under NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, FedRAMP, CMMC, and PCI-DSS.
  • Experience with role- or attribute-based access management (RBAC/ABAC), data loss prevention, encryption, and audit logging.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure, and with containerization.
  • Demonstrated leadership of large enterprise software or security deployments, including planning, risk mitigation, and quality control.
  • Strong client communication skills and experience working with technical teams, compliance officers, and executives.
  • Ability to explain the business value of AI security and compliance to nontechnical leaders.
  • Understanding of the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications.
  • Previous work as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or technical implementation lead.
  • Experience finding opportunities to expand accounts through delivery.
  • Self-directed approach and ability to maintain close project oversight in a flexible, part-time remote arrangement.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Stable internet access.
  • Ability to work as an independent contractor.
