Senior Financial Analyst, US Distribution — Johnson & Johnson (Hybrid)

Lead financial planning and analysis for Johnson & Johnson’s distribution operations within the MedTech DePuy Synthes organization. Manage forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting, and logistics investment decisions.

  • Monitor organizational financial performance
  • Provide financial guidance to Distribution business partners
  • Advise distribution, warehousing, and transportation teams on budgets and resource allocation
  • Find opportunities to improve spending and capital investment decisions
  • Prepare financial forecasts, including BP, JU, NU, and Latest Thinkings
  • Analyze and report complex financial data to shape decisions and strategy
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Complete financial consolidation, analysis, and reporting
  • Maintain rigorous compliance practices
  • Support market share and gross profit growth
  • Help reduce the cost to serve
  • Improve the use of inventory and instrument investments
  • Contribute as a core member of the Global Distribution Finance leadership team
  • Partner with senior leadership teams

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A major in Accounting or Finance is preferred
  • At least three years of finance business experience required
  • Strong technical finance expertise and proven business-partnering ability
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at every organizational level
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to anticipate evolving business needs across a large, complex organization
  • Ability to recommend and implement process improvements
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated digital fluency using data, analytics, and digital tools
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work from a DePuy Synthes office in West Chester, Pennsylvania; Raynham, Massachusetts; Raritan, New Jersey; Warsaw, Indiana; or Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
  • Approximately 10% travel required
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or another financial certification preferred
