Prasības

  • At least 6–12 months of experience in remote medical interpretation.
  • C1-level English proficiency, demonstrated through EF SET 4-Skill, TOEFL, or CAE.
  • ALTA score of 9+ or LanguageStat/PICSI score of 75%–80%+ certification issued within the past 12 months is preferred.
  • Strong command of medical and customer service terminology.
  • HIPAA and FWA certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Wired Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi is not accepted.
  • USB noise-canceling headset.
  • Windows 10 or later with at least 4 GB RAM.
  • Private, quiet workspace.
