Apraksts

  • Coach and coordinate care for clients in the VA Caregiver Legal and Financial program, including referrals and appointment support.
  • Serve clients by phone, text, video, and case management system.
  • Assess client needs and create plans for legal information and benefits navigation.
  • Track and document coaching sessions and related services in the case management system.
  • Take dictation for legal forms.
  • Provide web-assisted audio or video coaching using motivational interviewing, solution-focused methods, and related skills.
  • Help clients set personal goals and identify action steps.
  • Connect clients with suitable resources and make referrals as needed.
  • Complete ongoing training required by the customer and Revelations.

Prasības

  • Paralegal experience, a JD, or a similar degree from an accredited program.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and financial terminology.
  • Able to serve clients by phone, text, video, and case management system.
  • Able to use motivational interviewing and solution-focused techniques.
  • Able to assess client needs and develop personal plans.
  • Able to track and document coaching sessions and related services.
  • Able to take dictation for legal forms.
  • Able to complete ongoing training required by the customer and Revelations.
  • Able to sit continuously and use hand and finger dexterity.
  • Able to communicate verbally and use visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and use a keyboard.
  • Able to maintain concentration and records, exercise independent judgment, stay organized, set priorities, and manage multiple projects or tasks.
