Remote Clinical Trial Associate — Mexico
Support ICON’s sponsor-dedicated clinical trials from Mexico by coordinating study records, regulatory submissions, trial materials, and milestone tracking.

- Help coordinate and administer clinical trials in line with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Organize study files, essential records, and regulatory submissions.
- Prepare study materials, including informed consent and case report forms.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support clear communication and smooth trial delivery.
- Track and report clinical trial metrics and milestones.
Prasības
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.
- Previous clinical research experience or a strong interest in the field.
- Familiarity with clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Able to collaborate in a fast-paced setting with careful attention to detail.
- Available to travel as needed, approximately 10%.
- Authorized to work in the country where the role is based.
