Remote Clinical Trial Associate — Mexico

Support ICON’s sponsor-dedicated clinical trials from Mexico by coordinating study records, regulatory submissions, trial materials, and milestone tracking.

Description

  • Help coordinate and administer clinical trials in line with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Organize study files, essential records, and regulatory submissions.
  • Prepare study materials, including informed consent and case report forms.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support clear communication and smooth trial delivery.
  • Track and report clinical trial metrics and milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.
  • Previous clinical research experience or a strong interest in the field.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Able to collaborate in a fast-paced setting with careful attention to detail.
  • Available to travel as needed, approximately 10%.
  • Authorized to work in the country where the role is based.
