Part-Time Support Director Consultant, Virginia

Support BNI membership, sales, and chapter growth across 9–15 chapters in Virginia. The part-time role includes events, training, coaching, and reporting.

Apraksts

  • Help ensure the success of US CORE chapters and members across 9–15 chapters
  • Build membership through prospecting, recruitment, and retention
  • Work with the manager to create and carry out membership renewal strategies
  • Support chapter growth with operational help, outreach, training, marketing, coaching, and development
  • Grow BNI event sales by identifying and seeking sponsorships
  • Visit chapters outside the home office, take part in in-person regional events, and recognize chapter successes
  • Increase membership sales, including recruiting members for new chapters
  • Plan and deliver regional events in line with the Area Director’s annual plan
  • Identify prospective members and engage them with relevant offers
  • Select and train chapter leadership teams to support focused, growth-oriented chapters
  • Call new members to welcome them within two weeks of induction
  • Manage and train each chapter’s sales process
  • Attend regional and CORE team meetings, as well as Support DC training
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports
  • Carry out other duties assigned by BNI’s US Core Leadership and the Area Director

Prasības

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional sales experience preferred
  • Territory or account management experience preferred
  • Previous BNI experience preferred
  • Ability to perform seated work and repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements
  • Close visual acuity for analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
