Apraksts

  • Oversee the international digital learning systems landscape and shape its strategic development.
  • Manage and advance digital learning systems across a global corporate environment.
  • Improve and implement worldwide standards and processes for the existing Time4You LMS.
  • Prepare a business case and decision matrix comparing SuccessFactors Learning with alternatives such as imc.
  • Work with key users to manage complex system requirements.
  • Plan and deliver global rollouts to additional group companies.
  • Coordinate interfaces among Würth IT, Würth Business Academy, and companies worldwide.
  • Analyze system usage and produce KPI reports and dashboards, including in Power BI.

Prasības

  • Bring several years of experience managing, rolling out, and developing digital learning technologies and modern LMS platforms in an international setting.
  • Demonstrate strong project and process management expertise.
  • Have experience in requirements analysis, stakeholder and change management, and rollout planning.
  • Show a strong interest in IT and digital technologies.
  • Understand system interfaces, data structures, and architectures.
  • Communicate and negotiate diplomatically with international stakeholders at every organizational level, including senior corporate leaders.
  • Be fluent in German and English, with professional negotiation ability in both.
